Contest rules

1. Nature of the contest

Savad contests are knowledge contests, not a lottery. Winners are not drawn at random: rankings are based on XP earned from lessons, quizzes, exams and simulators during the contest period. Participation is free and no purchase is required.

2. Organiser

3. Eligibility

• users with a verified email;
• people who meet the minimum age stated on the contest page (usually 14); users aged 14–17 with parental consent;
• users who accept these rules with the "Join" button on the contest page.

Employees of the organiser and partners are not eligible for prizes.

4. Determining winners

The top N places in the XP table for the contest period (N is shown on the page). Ties are broken in favour of whoever reached the score first. Results are announced within 10 business days after the contest ends.

5. Fair play

Use of automated tools, multiple accounts or other abuse leads to disqualification and cancellation of XP.

6. Prize delivery

Prizes are handed over on presentation of an identity document; the name and age must match the account. If a winner does not respond within 30 days of the announcement, the prize may pass to the next participant. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash; tax obligations are handled according to law.

7. Personal data

Winners' data is processed solely to deliver prizes. A winner's name (nickname) may be published on the contest page.

8. Changes

In force majeure circumstances the organiser may suspend a contest or change its terms, announcing this on the contest page.
