Terms of use

1. General

These terms govern the use of the Savad financial literacy academy (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by M.A.X SİSTEMLƏRİ PLYUS LLC (Republic of Azerbaijan).

By registering or using the Platform you accept these terms.

2. What the Platform offers

• free interactive courses, quizzes and exams on financial literacy;
• fraud-recognition simulators and financial calculators;
• financial news and fraud alerts;
• leaderboards, badges and knowledge contests.

Platform materials are educational and are not individual financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Consult a licensed professional before making banking or financial decisions.

3. Account

• Registration is allowed from the age of 14. Users aged 14–17 confirm the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Provide accurate information and never share your password. You are responsible for actions taken under your account.
• Accounts without a verified email cannot take part in contests or receive certificates.

4. Conduct

You must not interfere with the Platform, farm XP with automated tools, register under someone else's name, enter real card details, codes or passwords in simulators, or post abusive or unlawful content. Violating accounts may be blocked and earned XP and certificates revoked.

5. Certificates

A certificate is issued to a verified user who passes a course exam and can be checked on a public page via its QR code. It is not a state-recognised education document. Certificates obtained dishonestly are revoked.

6. Partners and banners

Partner materials and banners are marked "Partner". External websites have their own rules.

7. Intellectual property

Rights to courses, simulators and design belong to the operator or its partners. You may use materials for personal learning; commercial redistribution requires written consent. News items always link to the original source.

8. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". The operator is not liable for decisions made on the basis of calculator results.

9. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time in profile settings. Personal data is erased and statistics are anonymised.

10. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated; a new version takes effect on publication. Questions: savad@pay2net.az.
