1. Who processes data

The operator is M.A.X SİSTEMLƏRİ PLYUS LLC. Contact: savad@pay2net.az. Data is processed under the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data".

2. What we collect

• Account: email, name (nickname), year of birth, occupation, city, university (optional), language.
• Learning: lesson progress, answers, XP, badges, certificates, simulator results.
• Technical: only the network part of the IP address (/24), browser, device type, referral source (utm).
• Fraud reports: your description and, optionally, a phone number.

We never ask for or store bank card details, passwords or SMS codes.

3. Why

To keep your account and progress, issue certificates, run leaderboards and contests, prevent abuse, improve the Platform (anonymised statistics) and, with your consent, send news.

4. Where and how long

All data is stored on servers located in the Republic of Azerbaijan. Account data is kept until the account is deleted; analytics events for up to 400 days.

5. Sharing

Data is never sold. Leaderboards show only your name (nickname), level and city — you can turn this off in profile settings. Contest winners' data is used only to deliver prizes. Authorities receive data only where required by law.

6. Cookies

Only essential cookies: session (svd_sid) and language (svd_locale). No advertising trackers.

7. Your rights

Access, correct, delete your data ("Delete account" in your profile) and unsubscribe from news. Requests: savad@pay2net.az.

8. Children

Users under 14 may not register. Users aged 14–17 register with parental consent.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated; material changes will be announced on the Platform.
