    Card number, expiry date, CVV, PIN and SMS code: what each one is for, what you can tell whom, and why no one should ever ask for your PIN.
  3. Shopping online safely
    How to check a shop, why an "unbelievable discount" is risky, and why a separate card and limits help when you shop online.
  4. Transfers, QR codes and e-wallets
    Transfers by card or phone number, QR payments and e-wallets are convenient. But you need to recognise tricks like "I sent it by mistake, please send it back".
  5. Lost card or a payment you didn't make
    What to do in the first minutes if your card is lost or stolen or an unknown payment leaves your account, how to dispute it and what to prepare.
